Babies"R"Us presently provides a flat rate simple shipping structure based on the number of items you purchase, whereby products are shipped according to their weight or size only. During checkout a number of delivery options will be made available to you depending on how our system categorises the final expected carton, plus your delivery location. For example if you are overseas, you will have a number of options made available depending on order value, weight and size - including express delivery options. Within Australia you shall have a number of options also, with an estimate of delivery timeframe - including same day delivery options depending on your location.
Items that are large or heavy can only be transported using road freight methods and sometimes attract a higher expense depending on location. This will be therefore be indicated during checkout.
Most orders are dispatched within the listed number of business days of cleared payment unless specified otherwise. If there is a problem with the processing of your order, we shall be in contact with you via email or telephone.
